Web pages are not responding or they will not download

    This has been going on for several days so I did a factory reset hoping it would help but it is not helping at all., Somebody said it sounds like a filer I have no idea how to check or do anything about filers, I cant even go to Walmart page it will not respond, I really Need help ASAP

    Please tell us some more info. What operating system are you running? What type and model of PC?

    windows 8 hp I was on 10 but I set the factory set don't know what I am doing at all

    I not even have a refresh button at the top of my page

    Do you have things on the disk that you must save or would you want to do a complete install of Windows 10? (this will delete all data before installing) A factory reset will set your system back to Windows 8.

    If you download the media creation tool https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 You can either use a usb stick pen (needs to be at least 8 gigabytes) to create a bootable copy of Windows 10 that you can install from... or you can click "update now" and that should take care of updating your system.

    I don't have anything to save because when I did the factory reset it swipe everything off, can you please help me

    I would think so...As long as you do a clean install.
