Web pages not displaying correctly (multiple browsers)

    I've recently had a problem on just this computer with multiple websites not displaying correctly. At first I thought it might just be a problem with firefox, but I then tried on different browsers and I had the same problem. I reinstalled Firefox, Chrome, Java, and Flash but the problem still persists. On some websites its not quite as drastic as others. Facebook seems to have the biggest problem. Here are some screenshots if they'll help:

    Even Google is somewhat messed up:
    Also of note is that when I try to make a new tab in Firefox the page is gray instead of white:
