I would like a Linux distro that just sets up a web server with all the goodies:

First which distro would make the best starting point?
    Security, Stability, etc.

    Debian
    Mandrake
    Red Hat
    FreeBSD
    other

Which Servers, Services, Modules, Packages, etc.?
I would like these features. What would you add?

    Apache -
    MySQL -
    DNS -
    FTP/Telnet -
    Email -
    SSL/SSH -
    Security -
    Perl - graphics, mysql
    Php4 - graphics, mysql
    ChiliSoft -
    FrontPage Extensions -
    Programming Languages - gcc, python
Web-Based Admin (like a cobalt raq server) -
    Anything Else -
