Webcam gone mad

Everytime I record a video using my webcam when i try to play it back its always upsidedown. Anybody got any ideas whats gone wrong?
The pictures it takes are fine it seems to just be video's.

The webcam is a Labtec 5.0.1 and I am using Windows xp Home
