Pop into my computer and double click on the cd drive.....can you see a setup.exe from there? What does the top of the disk say?

Is there an install file? Did this disk come with the camera? What does the top of it read?

I could be of more help if you would answer my questions.......

I don't quite understand why you'd be looking on the c drive for a setup.exe file for the camera if you have the driver disk on a cd.......

I went to their website, but all their download pages won't download........they do offer live support.......

I consider myself a very patient person........but, I feel like I'm 'talking' to myself........as I indicated earlier, I could help you better if you'd take the time to answer my questions.

Can you take a look at start button, settings, control panel, system, device manager, your cdrom, properties, configuration, is auto insert checked? If not, check it and restart the computer....leave the camera cd in the drive.

No, auto insert should be checked.......I don't understand why the cd won't auto run, unless it's not the correct cd......

What are the directories you have listed on the cd?
