I just ordered a webcam and after introducing the the instal DVD it says it's not compatible with Windows Vista that I have on my PC. It it compatible with XP. Do you know if there is some driver or convertor I can use in order to be able to use my webcam anyway with W Vista? I'm sure there must be a solution.

    Thanks a lot!

Did you try to just plug in the webcam and let Vista find drivers for it? I am using a 7 year old Logitech with my Vista. None of the Logitec programs that came on the setup disc work, but the camera works fine.

Not sure how it works, but Vista is supposed to have a compatiblity setup for older programs. Maybe someone will come in with suggestions or howto's.
