Webcam not recognised

    Processor Count: 2
    RAM: 3839 Mb
    Graphics Card: ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics, 256 Mb
    Hard Drives: C: Total - 705302 MB, Free - 657456 MB; D: Total - 9998 MB, Free - 1015 MB;
    Motherboard: FOXCONN, 2AAF
    Antivirus: Norton Internet Security, Disabled
    Software with webcam doesn't show Windows 7 as included but it did install,
    When I try to run it I am told I do not have hardware.
    Any chance of it working or shall I dump it?
