webcam not working

    every time i run the easy capture application on my laptop it display a message saying " Webcam is Busy"

    From what i found windows 7 deepblue is not a legal version of windows 7.and im going to assume that you downloaded this.everything i saw for this points to torrents, cracked, hacked, and kgen.i would suggest you get a legal copy of windows 7 and read the forum rules because they say expressly that no help can be given with torrents or the like etc.
