    Hi,
I've searched and read a number of the forums on problems with webcams, checking the device manager etc. The webcam isn't listed in the device manager, and the USB drivers are all working. If I need to uninstall and reinstall the drivers, which ones are they, something like this; Inter (R) 5 Series/3400 Series Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Control - 3B34 ? I downloaded an update for this driver above compatible with the computer model but that hasn't worked.
I deleted the YouCam program as well, and reinstalled a later version, but it still says there's no webcam. Which has been the case for 6 weeks now.
    It's a Fujitsu AH530.
Any help, to save taking it to the technician would be much appreciated.
    Thanks

This is the error message; Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.

Is it a built in webcam?

Ok, thanks. Do I need to download all of them below the Chipset as well?
