Webcam over msn

My friend is at univeristy, and when i try to send webcam it can establish a connection. Whats weird is her m8's web cam works, and she lives at home. It must be something to do with the uni not allowing some ports, or me not allowing some ports. I can do it to other people. Just not hers.

Any ideaS?

I take it she is behind a firewall?

Under the section "Using MSN Messenger from Behind Firewalls or Network Address Translators (NATs)", it gives instructions along with what ports to open.
