hello people ,am having problems installing a Logitech quickcam pro 9000. My system is a hewlett packard t741UK PC 2.8 Ghz .1024 Mb Ram .windows XP SP2 . Error message is KStvtuneax on Windows XP home Edition SP2 is needed AND USBaudio sys is needed I can locate where to get the camera driver and audio file ,and feel confident to download the items BUT don`t know how to deal with the files once downloaded { Zipped or normal },don`t know where to place the download ,what file or folder to place it in ,how to describe the file path ,so that the files actually work etc. Its a bit like having a nice big juicy brazil nut ,and a pair of nutcrackers but not knowing how to crack the shell . Any help would be very much appreciated , cheers from percival .
