Hey all

I currently use createforms.com but that allows 10 submissions per form

i was told about usuing php and mysql to be able to create my own Webform so when users apply for an account and hit submit.. it goes to my email or site..

i was wondering if any 1 had any other sites that were free and allowed more then 10 submissions

or any 1 that could maybe set something up for me

Hi.

If the information is not sensitive, you can use html.

If you are wanting the client to supply passwords, etc, you are better off using server side languages, such as php, and databases such as mySql.

If it just a simple form you want to make, try something like

Code:
<table border="2" cellspacing="0" width="339" bordercolor="#C0C0C0" bgcolor="#C0C0C0" bordercolorlight="#C0C0C0" bordercolordark="#808080" align="left">
	<form action="MAILTO:[email protected]" method="post" enctype="text/plain">
    <tr>
      <td bordercolordark="#C0C0C0" valign="middle" align="center" width="329">
        <p align="center">Create an account</p>
    </tr>
    <tr>
      <td width="329" bordercolordark="#C0C0C0"><span>Name:</span><br>
        <input type="text" name="name" size="40"><br>
        <span>Email:</span><br>
        <input type="text" name="email" size="40"><br>
        <span>Phone(optional)</span><br>
        <input type="text" name="phone" size="40"><br>
        <span>Comment:</span><br>
        <textarea type="text" name="comment" size="80" rows="2" cols="34"></textarea><br>
        <br>
        <input type="submit" value="Send">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <input type="reset" value="Reset">
    </tr>
  </table>
Don't forget to change the "mailto address to your own.
