I'm having a very frustrating problem with my webserver right now. I have two flash files that load content based on the xml files. When I double-click the swf file in My Computer, the content loads perfectly. When I try it on my webserver or my localhost server on my computer, the content doesn't load. I pretty much know that it's not a problem with the flash file or the xml file because of what I've previously wrote above. I'm not sure what the problem is and I've tried so many things, I'm ready to just stop for awhile. Thanks in advance.

Is the path to the XML file in the same path on the web server as it is on My Computer? There has to be a path in the Flash fla file that loads the XML file.

Yes, they're both in the same directory so I use a relative path in the flash files.
Example from actionscript = xmlData.load("whatever.xml");
I've tried every different type of path, including absolute.

It has to be a path problem if it won't load the XML. Is the XML file in the same directory as the SWF file?

Yes. The xml file is in the same directory as the swf file.
