The Address Line that appears at the bottom of emails and Website pages after they have been printed is now missing. I cannot find it anywhere. Does anyone know are to get it back?

I will assume that you are using Internet Explorer.
Go to File -> Page Setup
There is a box for the header (the top of the page) and a box for the footer (bottom). To have the URL print, type &u in the appropiate box. The window title is &w. More commands are availible if you click on the ? in the upper right corner and then click in the Header/Footer area.
