    I have a question:

I'm on a cable connection, OS Win ME. For some reason, when I log into my subscription at www.deviantart.com and then log out, my computer freezes and I get an "explorer not responding" error in my task manager.

I know the simple answer is just not to go to that website anymore. Duh. Could it be possible, though, that my cable connection or OS is preventing or not terminating the connection properly when I exit this site and close my browser?

So far, this has only happened with this paticular website.
