Website not complete

recently was not able to open weekly albertson's circular on their website. I am directed to a page with enlarged font and no weekly circular. i am able on another pc but not this one..HP. also no viruses

1. You failed to mention the version of Windows running on the troublesome computer.
2. You failed to mention the browser you are using.

On the computer that has no problem a) is it running the same version of Windows as the troublesome one b) is it using the same browser c) if the browsers are the same, are the addons/extnesion the same d) are the security programs the same e) are the computers using the same way to get on the internet (both wired or both wireless) ?

sorry... both are google chrome browser wind 10 both identical... this ? just started to occur about 10 days ago. maybe an update I recently did and should undo? thx for the infor. (my first time on TSuppGuy

Try clearing out the cache and then restart Chrome. To clear the cache, press and hold CTRL+SHIFT while pressing the Delete key. This will bring up the settings for Clear Browsing Data:

Just make sure Cached Images and Files is checked and choose the time range to match the time the issue occurred, or just select all time to ensure all cache is removed.

did that... same weird pg appears. Albertsons IT will b getting in touch with me... thx
