Good Evening s1cko, when you shake your head does the noise alter. LOL!
Seriously, where does this noise emanate, is it from the speakers, if so is it affected by the volume setting on the speakers themselves.

Is the noise from a fan or mechanical type of sound from inside your machine.

Can you possibly give an idea where this sound is loudest.

What is your system and machine type and specs.

If it's very low-level sound (you have your volume up high) you're probably just hearing the digital scrub type sounds produced by the electronics in your computer and associated peripherals (through an unshielded audio circuitr).

If you need any specific help with your video problem you'll have to be a lot more elaborate about what's wrong and the history of the issue. ;)
