My wife's computer (Dell Inspiron 8600 laptop running XP) recently started doing something very weird... Gradually, Outlook (2000) has been adding extra menu buttons after the "Help" button. They all say "Adobe Pdf".
There probably 75 or 100 of these buttons now, so that the top menu bar takes up 25% of the Outlook window.
Only the last button added (bottom) is functional, the rest don't do anything.
I am inclined to reload Acrobat and Office, but this issue is so weird that I wanted to post it first.
