I deleted an email account from my prior dial up ISP & added one from my new broadband provider.
Although the "test accounts settings" function was successful, nothing happens when I click on the send/receive button. Also, when I click on "new message," there is no "send" button. Instead, there is an "accounts" button, that has nothing listed under the arrow.
I deleted the profile/account & then remade it, but there was no change.
Uninstalling & reinstalling outlook 2002 did not cure the problem, probably because the program settings remained the same (presumably from registry settings).
