Woh.. Really?..

What are your specs?..

If you need help finding them this is a great program.. It's small All you do is unzip it and run it.. Post #32 has the link. you want the ver. 1.51 zip file..
http://forums.techguy.org/all-other-software/422676-everest-home-edition-no-longer-freebie-3.html

That program should give all your system specs..

I didn't use the program myself, did your PC crash? Or was it running a test and came back after a bit?..
That program shouldn't have caused a crash.. seems like you may have other problems..
Ever noticed anything strange?..

Well lets see your specs and move from there..

Your 4MB video is one big problem I see..
That will really limit games..
You can go to Direct X 9c, that is the newest..

Have you updated your Video Drivers?.. Won't help allot, but it's something..

As for the crash, it could just be when it ran a graphic's test, it overloaded your graphics..

I have a 266MHz PC that I played RollerCoaster Tycoon and the first Sims, on..
I liked those two games..

If you go for The Sims, I don't know how many of the expansions you will be able to run.. I had the first 2..

Not sure if it would be worth it for you to gat a new vid card.. As your processor is also quite slow now..

If you can find a free card some friend no longer wants that would be cool..

Now that we know your specs, I'm sure others will suggest games..
Just think about upgrading, if you can..
