Weird Texture Stretching glitch

Hello people from Tech Support Guy, guy!

I really need help with my computer, my life is based on playing video games and working right now, and just recently my computer started laying a dip.

It's about this really weird graphics glitch that is happening on almost all games i play.
Some games work fine, games that dont necessitate super hyper amazing shaders to play, like Hotline Miami, FTL and surprisingly The Talos Principle.
Now when i try to play most games of the AAA shelf, the following happens:

I have already tried everything from underclocking my Graphics Card, checking its temperatures, cleaning out for dust and etc.
Drivers are latest version, in this case the 14.2 Catalyst Drivers since it's a radeon card and here is a dxdiag report:
