I am getting several websites that look like this in my router log, along with messages such as "(GNU) 3.2.3 with Broadcom modificat... (ip addresses are replaced with x's by me)":

[Site allowed: s!KN@ZCC: (GNU) 3.2.3 with Broadcom modificat...] from source xxx.xxx.x.x, Wednesday, Dec 02,2020 20:14:54
[Site allowed: seap+:ȕp] from source xxx.xxx.x.x, Wednesday, Dec 02,2020 20:15:08
[Site allowed: >BNC$] from source xxx.xxx.x.x, Wednesday, Dec 02,2020 20:27:26
[Site allowed: 7cej%] from source xxx.xxx.x.x, Wednesday, Dec 02,2020 21:02:23

Is this a hacker or a virus/something I should be concerned with? Also, is there any way of telling what the websites are? Thank you!

Sry that no one has responded. I have no idea what that is. I don't think that its anything to be concerned about.

It would help to have the IP addresses. Also, are the symbols exactly as shown (white question marks inside black diamonds)? I ask because the symbols may not have copied properly.

Pehaps a screenshot of what you're seeing would be better.

Yes, the symbols are exactly as they're shown. I'm not seeing any new weird websites in my router log (as of now), but I remember the IP address was the same for each website- I believe it was 192.168.1.5.

Given this IP address, the source is a device connected to your router. I think the log is trying to interpret the binary for the site allowed as ASCII characters, and that's why you're ending up with these symbols instead.
