    right now im playing Company Of Heroes and while im in a hard battle ( As Always) theres a error showing up...

    YOUR COMPUTER IS LOW IN MEMORY

    well i would like to play my game in a smooth pace... i was planning to upgrade my PC now.... but i didnt know what DDR i have in my PC.. heres is what i only know inside mine PC...

    Intel (R) Pentium (R) D CPU 2.80GHz 2.80 Hz
    NVIDIA GeForce 7300 se/7200 gs
    windows 7 home edition

    well if still somethings missing in what info. i gave, please tell me and teach how to obtain its information.
