Each time I boot my Win2000 machine I get a message saying there are errors with the two above files. Are these two files spyware, and if so is it ok to just delete them or do I need to do anything else? I've run Adaware and Spybot, but both don't recognize these guys. I've included my HJT log for your review:

Delete them both as they are both in the temp folder under Local Settings. They may possibly be spyware files or virus files or even temporary files created by another program. It would be totally safe to delete them however.

Do you intentionally install that?
It provides a browser addon that allows you to hold alt + click any word and it searches that term for you. It does help skip a step or two to save some time. Note though it serves ads.
If you dont want it then use these instructions - http://www.iamnotageek.com/a/279-p1.php
