what are these processes?

    eanch time i run my cpu, i have 24 processes that starts up..
    its slowing my cpu
    can you guys tell me what this is?
    when I click ctrl-alt-del, theres 34 poreccess ight now but can you guys tell me what are those ones:
    ctfmon.exe
    msiexec.exe
    spoolsv.exe
    svchost.exe( I have this one 4 time)
    lsass.exe
    crss.exe
    smss.exe

    also on startup I have c:\windows\system32\txp\svchelp.exe
    can I remove this? is that a trojan or something??

    All windows except the spooler is for the printer. Nothing to worry about there so rest easy..
