what can i delete safely

i checked disk clean up and found i had some files i could delete
i no if i delete all the cookies i will have to log in at all the sites i am registered is there a way of keeping those cookies for instance the one here. also can i delete the pc health files safely

All of these files can be safely deleted. Deleting your Temp internet files will not delete your cookies.

If you know which cookies are the ones you wish to save just cut and paste them elsewhere until the clean-up is done and then cut and paste them back to the cookies folder.

As far as PCHeath Temp files there should be no problem in deleting them if your system is space critical.

dave thanks for your quick response.not very good with finer details of pc's how would i reconise the auto log on cookie say for tech guy would they only have one or could there be several

I would just navigate too the C:\Windows\Cookies folder using windows explorer and locate the cookie that has the identification for the site. Make sure your view in folders is set to detail. Here is an example of TSG's cookie.
