what do these mean ?

    hi can somebody tell me please what these mean just the highlighted bits thanks

    cpu 1.67 ghz performance rated at 2.40


    radeon 9800pro (radeon 9800 pro agp) (0x4e8)

    Assuming it's an AMD CPU (Processor) then it means that the 1.67 GHz AMD processor is the approximate equivalent of an Intel Pentium CPU running at 2.4 GHZ.

    As the chip architecture is entirely different between AMD and Intel, the raw AMD clock speed (1.67 GHz) is not directly comparable to that of an Intel Pentium chip, so they give the approximate performance comparison.
