    Windows-Corrupt File
The file or directory C:WINDOWS is corrupt and unreadable.
    Please run the Chkdsk Utility.

What do I need to do and how?

    This is what I've received:

The type of file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock the current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Do I type in Y?
