I have downloaded some php code from internet and now want to make some changes in it. But there are a few words writen as {SITE_LOGO}. I want to know what these are? Any variables. If yes then where are their values defined?

An example:

Code:
<a href="{U_INDEX}" title="{L_INDEX}" id="logo">{SITE_LOGO_IMG}</a>
Regards.

Generally speaking, curly braces can be used to identify variables that are to be replaced by some processor of some kind. In the case of PHP, I believe PHP variables are prefixed with a dollar sign, like this:

$x = 1;

I don't know what the exact syntax is in your example.

Peace...

Yeah, That seems a little similar to the coding in WordPres 2.6.2

As "dudeking" mentioned, It's used to pull information from their database.
