First of all, if this is a big box system ie dell, hp, gateway, etc, return it under warranty.

Have you tried safe mode to see if it still has the problem?

It was bought from a supplier on ebay, the error only happens once I start a torrent downloading aswell - thats the only single time that it happens, otherwise Im fine. Is it a graphics card issue or something? thanks.

HaHa good investigating! Yes it certainly is the same PC, I did as instructed and swapped every lead exactly as it was, the graphics are onboard and I have another graphics card, I initially installed the seperate graphics card as I only bought it a few weeks ago for another system and I figured its got to be better than the onboard, strangely it just doesnt recognise or pick it up at all, even when I search for new hardware, or insert the driver cd that came with it, but it has definately clicked into place on the motherboard... I guess thats yet another seperate issue though!!!
