I am completely new to liquid cooling and was just wondering what a good cooling system is. Does it depend on my specs?

They are not hard to install if you know how to remove the main heatsink. Then its just a matter of running some tubes and attaching the heat evchanger.

You can use a number of brands on the only differences would be.. internal or external, number of components, etc. I recommend Thermaltake or Zalman but what's most important is decide if it's really worth it. I know it sounds cool bUT realistically, many make a huge mistake trying to do it. Beyond the overall risk to your hardware if you have a failure, leak, burst, etc, you may end up with issues. I know some people tried to go all water but ended paying a fortune for water cooling just to end up still using air cooling on top of it. Lol.. Since many people are now into the SLi, you will find that a bit more challenging than you think and costly to water cool. AND don't even try to forget your north & south bridges and ram temp's. Beyond that, it much about how powerful the water cooling system is, external removes more, and a matter of how many waterblocks and how much tubing really and you can add as many as you wnat using splitters.
