    I would simply like to know what is best Gaming Monitor for Price? 19" is fine. I have done a search in the forums and have read so much that I am totally confused. lol.

    These are among the list I have compiled. HELP, I am so lost...

    Great Gaming Monitors:

    19" Diamondtron AG monitor(Mitsubishi Diamontron Plus 91)

    19" Sony G420

    MAG 19" PureFlat 972PF-s

    Philip 202p4

    FD Trinitron 21 inch. however mine came in a HP P1110 so it's the same monitor just different boxes.

    Any 19" Samsung flat-screen TUBE monitor

    Samsung SyncMaster 19" CRT Monitor with DynaFlat Screen
    Model: 955DF

    ???
    The Iiayama Vision Master Pro 454
    Vision Master Pro 454
    ViewSonic P95f
    Eizo T675

    ???
    Sony A420
    FP955 ------------ Over Priced
    Samsung's SyncMaster 957DF --------- nicely Priced

    As of right now I am possibly looking at the:
    Samsung SyncMaster 19" CRT Monitor with DynaFlat Screen
    Model: 955DF
    at Best Buy for $199.00 no S&H charge.

    Am I close?????

    and when are those darn LCDs going to be ready for gaming AND affordable?

    Get the Samsung - excellent quality and support. $200 is not bad... note: Its a entry level 19" monitor only designed to go up to 1280x1024... it will do 1600x1200 but it would be at a un-usable 60hz!

    My Samsung (900NF) goes up to 2048x1536... I've used it a bit at 1900x1200 - but its was just a weee bit too tiny... and odd.

    For $200, its a good deal. The flat tube rules.

    MAG = Out of business
    Philps = kinda low -end.

    The logisys goes 1600 X 1200 max with 75hz, very bright and clear. screen is close to flat.. Have to lower the resolution to take screenshots for the random thread, :D

    Close to flat isnt the same as flat... Logisys is not a major manufacture... I have own 3 Samsungs... they took care of me big time on my 19" - even called me back.
