Can someone please assist on what is the best way to defrag a Windows 2000 Server unattended. Trying to find an easier way instead of going thru Disk Defragment. Please respond!!!

It would look something like this.
AT xx:00 defrag c:
XX is the time. You can do a search for at commands with at /?
