Backstory: My gaming laptop runs normally on first startup/when I restart, as it should. However, if I let it sleep and use it after waking it up, something like this happens when I run programs. You know how your laptop runs faster while plugged in? Well, the strange thing is, my PC will run slower if it is plugged in, and then this event seen here will happen if unplugged; very confusing. I strongly believe this isn't normal, in which there is no reason for the CPU, HD, Wi-Fi, and BOTH GPUs to be spiking up and down like this (Keep in mind this only happens when I use it after letting it sleep). Does this have something to do with my unnecessary 100% disk usage, that I can't seem to fix as well? <-- I have another thread talking about this.
