I need some help here--- in the C:\Documents and settings\(of the Guest and one Limited account on my computer) -- there is a folder labled -- .jpi_cache\1.0\File and another one labled .jpi_cache\1.0\jar

I need to know what these are for and can I delete everything in them??

Also-- If I delete all the cookies in the cookie folder of a specific account-- will that eleminate all cookies that that user has accepted during thier surfing?? Will it just make them have to accept/Block them again??
