I work for a company with 1000 real estate agents. I get people all the time asking me if I can help them out with their machines, which we do not currently offer as a service. We are discussing the possibility of adding this service but I wanted to know what you all think is a must in order to offer this service and charge for it?

Based on the things I get asked is to make their computers faster. I know how to tune up a computer and make it go faster but what else is worth learning about?

What you're talking about is Tier 1/close support. If you really want to get into this, the #1 skill you need is plenty of patience.
