what is RAMDAC and is faster better?

    what is RAMDAC and is faster better ?
    most video card have this rating what do is mean and is more better......:confused:

    Hmmm, let see...
    Basically a RAMDAC is a Digital to Analog Converter ( DAC ).And since it take data to and from the RAM of the video card is known as a RAMDAC ( well sorta..)
    So why faster is better....Because the faster it is the better can process the data and also "print" on the monitor screen.... As in a whole lot better graphics showing on your monitor...
