I got my new mobo the other day and installed her. Everything was going pretty good then I came back to my computer last night after it going in to sleep mode, and I couldn't get the screen to come up. I restarted the computer and it came up fine. I shut it down afterward and left. Came back later and started it up and nothing would come up. I took my video card out and put it back in and nothing. I swapped in my old video card and it came up to the point of checking my ram, then just sits there. I took my video card and put it in my other computer and it works fine. I put it back in this computer and nothing. Put in a totally different video card in my computer and it posts up but freezes after checking my ram once again.

I can't get in to my BIOS or anything, it just freezes at the ram. My radeon 9600 wont even show anything, but my 128mb 8500le works and freezes, and my 32mb TNT2 card works and freezes. I flashed my CMOS and still nothing.

Did my mobo go crazy or what?

    Update1:

    Board is a MSI K8N NEO-FSR running Athlon 64 3000+ (Socket 754). Running Radeon 9600 256mb and 1x512mb pc3200 Corsair ValuRam.

I also got home and tried a few things again.

    1. 9600 in, 1x512mb Corsair pc3200. Pulled ram out and reinserted. Pulled VC and reinserted. Nothing.
    2. 8500LE in, 1x512 Corsair pc3200. Comp boots fine.
    3. Pull out 8500 and put in 9600, nothing.
    4. Pull out 8500 and put in TNT2, nothing but a bunch of resetting the second it comes on.
    5. Pull out ram, put in old ram with old video card. Comp boots fine.
    6. Pull out TNT2 and put in 9600, boots fine.
    7. Pull out old ram and put in Corsair 1x512 pc3200. Nothing but resetting

and that's how it is right now. I reset the CMOS again and nothing. It just keeps restarting on all video cards and ram combinations.

Item 5 in your post, old ram and old video card - works fine - do you mean 100%, or does it still keep stopping? If it works 100% I would try another 512MB memory module.

Yeah at that point the comp booted fine, but I can't get it to do it now. Even when I put the old ram and video card in it just keeps resetting now the second the boot screen comes up. I mean it barely even comes up and it's restarting again.
