    hey gang!
for the longest time ive been getting this window that pops up.
its been going on for years *note - even after fresh installs / re-installs.

i almost wanna say that it might have something to do with some HP junkware that i perhaps didnt disable or remove entirely (???)

have any of you seen this before? or know what it might be from?

    thank you DaveA ...
i stumbled upon that once before.

funny thing is though that i dont get it while browsing or trying to get to any website in particular but rather as i described above ...
its a little window that all the sudden pops up. that screenshot above is a snip of the actual window. its always the same size - just sudenly pops up. quite a few times i wonder how long its been sitting there since i dont know until i minimize my window(s) or look down at my taskbar.
IDK - just weird. im almost really not worried at all that its something malicious since i run scans regularly but just figured i'd ask once and for all LOL!
thank you for the feedback too (y)

This pop-up occurs because hp systems install a 'service delivery platform' or 'service offer' task. A quick look at scheduled tasks on my hp and there is a task 'IntenetServiceOffers' accessing application 'C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\SDP\RemEngine.exe'. Disabling the task solved it.
