what to do with quarantined files

    Hi all, What should i do here...my vps picked up BKDR_LITMUS.203 and could niether quarantine nor clean it. so what should i do now?
    Also should i do anything with the many successfully cleaned viruses on my pc?

    Welcome to TSG!
    The Trojan you are referring to is initiated by another malware program that is why you virus scanner cannot remove or quarantine. You will have to remove the offending program and then its registry entries.
    Here is an Article that explains what you have and what to do. If your virus scanner is not listing the files affected then use the free Online scanner listed in article.
    As far as the other quarantined items I would make not of what they are, research the white sheets on them, and see if there is anything else of concern before deletion from quarantine.
    Both Trend Micro and Norton have Virus encyclopedia's that will assist you.

    Lastly you may want to run the security drill on your system found Here

    Since you should of run the free on-line scan already skip that but follow instructions and run Spybot S&D and remove all found and then run HiJack This and post results back here for us to review.
