I want the best graphics card possible. I've done a little research and it looks like the Geforce 3 Ti 500 is my best bet.

Are there any better performance cards out there?

If the Geforce 3 Ti 500 is the best around, which manufacturer does the best setup (e.g Elsa, Abit). ATi is another option but I heard their drivers are shoddy.

My Budget can't exceed more than $400.

    My system is a P4 1.5Ghz
    256 DDR RAM
My current video card a low spec Geforce 2 MX 100/200
My 3D Mark result was 800 running at a fairly decent resolution.
It came out at about 1000 at the lowest resolution.
