I have cleaned the computer as much as I can but it still seems slow and acting weird. I keep losing my network connection and my mouse stops responding every 3 sec.
I haven't fixed the file missing errors in Hijack This because I wanted to show you what I had.

Thanks for your imput!

Also I have Ez-track toolbar in the add remove programs that I can't get rid of.

Disable Sysweeper as it may interfere with the fix.

To disable SpySweeper:

Open it click >Options over to the left then >program options >Uncheck "load at windows startup".
Over to the left click "shields" and uncheck all there.
Uncheck "home page shield".
Uncheck "automatically restore default without notification".

Run Msconfig. Select the startup tab and deselect SpySweeper. Click Ok and restart the computer when prompted.

Remove Viewpoint Manager from your installed programs.

Download LSP-Fix:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lspfix.php

Once LSP-Fix is downloaded, extract the file to c:\lspfix.

Close all windows on your computer.

Navigate to c:\lspfix and run the lspfix.exe program.

Put a checkmark in the I know what I'm doing checkbox.

Now move all instances of the following file into the remove section by clicking on the button that points to the right (>>). Make sure that ONLY this file is moved and no other files as it can cause problems with your computer afterwards.

newdotnet6_38.dll
Press the finish button.

Restart the computer.

Run Hijackthis. Place a checkmark on the following lines and click on Fix Checked:

This is another issue is I can't get any network card to work.
I have to take the hard drive out and plug it in another computer to run the scan.
Any ideas whats causing the nic to not get an ip from my router. I have other computers I bring in and there fine.

Are the devices registered in the Device Manager. Is it USB or Ethernet? Are the drivers in place?

Try the following command:

ipconfig /flushdns

Check your network Properties. Make sure TCP/IP is selected in Networking.
