I knew it was only a matter of time before someone started a thread for breakfast but I'll only need to post one time since I have the same thing every morning:

Mini Wheats cereal with a heaping tablespoon of ground flax seeds and oat bran and a coffee.

Fuji Apple!. Cheap in all Grocery Stores. Did research on Apple this was created, grown, from seed in Fuji Town in Japan. This is how it got its name 😃

That's mostly true of me, too, Cookie. Bowl of Multigrain Cheerios and a bagel. Wednesday and Saturday, eggs, sausage and toast. Sundays are either waffles, pancakes or French toast.

At least you vary it for three of the other days. But for me an egg breakfast is not the same without fried potatoes.
