I've been on their site for a half hour now and can't find how to contact them about the problem I am having with AOL. All I can find is useless "knowledge bases" and non-technical support. UGH!!!

    Thanks!

I found that- it leads you around in circles to the knowledge base and then back to that page.

I loaded Norton I.S. 2005 an when I tried to activiate it, Norton couldn't connect when I started up AOL. I then tried using AOL and I can't open any pages- I keep getting the "cannot connect" and "no page can be found" errors.

I had to do a system restore to get back to my Norton 2002, but now I keep getting pop-ups from that saying that different parts are corrupt and I need to reinstall 2002.
