I have a computer that im trying to fix, intially it wouldnt start up.
Placed a new Power supply in there (same as older one) and it then started up fine.

Couple minutes later, it starts (i can hear the power and fans spinning), yet there is no video display.

I tried changing the hard drive, and changing the video card. Could bad ram cause this problem, or maybe even the motherboard?

I dont know what symptons to look for from this.
Not getting no error sounds or lights.

    Yes and yes.

Did you get any video the first time when you say that "it started up fine"?
