I sometimes get this message after closing Internet Explorer:

the instruction at "0x04c39b97" referenced memory at "0x00000010", the memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program

There is some other message i get when shutting down my computer, it comes up at the very last second before the monitor turns off, so I don't have time to read it, but i kind of looks like the same one.

Which AV do you use? Does it have an Anti-Spam component? If not, do you have an Anti-Spam component?

I use Zone Alarm Internet Security, which has an Anti-spam component. Occasionally, I receive the message you receive.
