Whats this worth?

    Hi there all i have a pc here which i wanted to price up, But dont really know much.


    I have here is a:
    AM2 Motherboard
    AMD Athlon 64 x 2 processor
    ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series Graphics Card
    4gb Ram
    200gb Harddrive (ide)
    Windows 7
    MS office 2010 Professional

    The reality of it is it's worth what someone is willing to pay. If everything is working I have sold similar systems for $100 to $150 with XP on them.

    I did wanna swap graphics cards

    would Nvidia Geforce 9600GT be better?

    It just says ATI radeon HD 4300/4500 series. Thats the graphics card its weird.

    Unfortuntly the computer im currently talking about is currently installing windows 7 xD.

    So i cant run that program. But i think its this

    That is fairly old technology at this point
    and computer hardware really doesn't hold it's value.
    The price of used computer hardware drops rapidly.

    Both the mb and cpu are at least 3 generations old tech. To be worth anything, you would need to include the install disks for both win7 and office.

    You can't go by what you paid for it. People won't pay anywhere near that when it's old technology.

    You may get a better return if you sell it as a complete system by including a monitor, keyboard and mouse.
