Everything was working fine then all of a sudden my screen becomes ****ed like a TV with bad reception, everytime I set my resolution at 800 X 600, it works fine, but as soon as I higher the resolution, it will always do that. Should I just format my PC and see if its just bad drivers or do I simply buy a new video card????
    What should I do??

uninstall the drivers, remove the card from device manager, reboot, let windows reinstall the card, then reinstall the latest drivers.

If that doesn't work try the card in another pc, possible the card went bad

If the re-install doesn't work, remove, re-install MANUALLY(DO NOT let Windows re-install) with up to date drivers for your OS. Disable any Anti-virus/Firewall apps while doing this.

You can also try removing and re-installing the monitor and drivers also.

    How old is your monitor?

Try by reinstalling your graphics card driver. It could be your monitor rejecting higher resolution.

My monitor works, I have tried it in two different monitors and did the same, so it must be either the drivers gone bad or the video card is ****ed up. Anyways I will format my PC, simply because I have a lot of junk built in my computer, so at least it will make a cleanup and in the sametime get my answer.
