Well I have a couple of problems that all happen when the computer boots up and starts loading.
When starting, WINN/AUTHORITY shutsdown the computer for no reason sometimes.
Second, MSTASK.exe Application error "instruction at 0x750332d2 referenced memory at 0x00cc00cc memory could not be written" and after clicking OK the computer loads and usually freezes anytime I try to click on anyting. Not even Ctrl + Alt +Del works.
This also happens without the MSTASK.exe message appearing.
I tried talking to DELL sopport but they didn't know jack!
    Please help.

    I have:
    Windows Office 2000
    Celeron 700 MHz
    2 DIMM 128 MB
    20 GB HD
