I turned my computer on. Boots right up. I have the hard drive that is digital now. Can't remember the type its called. Boots up fast. When I'm in windows, and i click 1 thing doesn't mater what, a blue circle just keeps moving like its constantly thinking. Itwon't do nothing else.

Press CTRL-ALT-DEL and start Task Manager. Go to the Startup tab. Disable all you don't use, leave Security alone. See what happens.

I can't even get that far. As stated before if i perform 1 simple action it locks up after that first action.

Can you try to boot your system from Safe Mode. Here's how https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode There's a few different options here so chose the one that will help you the most.

If it all boots OK, try what LunarLander mentioned above and reboot to normal windows (not Safe Mode). It's long winded, but start putting ticks back into each item you disabled one by one and reboot each time. If the PC hangs like before, then you will have found your problem. If none of this works, please let us know.

    Good Luck.

Insert the Windows DVD and choose Repair.
